Hi have known Rosie for the past 10 years in the Tampa Bay community. She has always been a leader and well spoken representing so many in the community. The cultural strength of what Rosie represents as we in Tampa are building into a multi-cultural haven is remarkable. As a member of the Chinese American community and sharing the Latino experience which Rosie is a strong leader, has been a blessing!
